Graduation 2017



The annual graduation will take place in ITB on Friday 10th November 2017.

There will be several sessions throughout the day. Information will be published here as it becomes available.



Invitations for the Conferring Ceremony and the Reception will be issued by mid-October 2017. Only guests with invitations will be admitted to the Conferring Ceremony as seating is limited.

Name on parchment

Your full name, as per your current Banner student record (e.g. as per your transcripts) will appear on your official parchment upon graduation. Any inaccuracies or omissions in this record should be notified by email to the Student Information Desk

Proof (e.g. birth certificate, passport, marriage certificate) must be provided before any changes can be made.


Change of address

If your address is different to that currently recorded on Banner please complete and submit this Change of Address form along with a proof of new address (bank statement or utility invoice no older than 6 months) to the Student Information Desk (SID) in F block email :
