Niamh Reid Burke, a second year Sports Management and Coaching student was nominated by the Sports Department in Fingal County Council, to carry the Olympic Flame, next Wednesday June 6th in Dublin. |
Following a vetting process and an interview, Niamh was selected to carry the torch by the Olympic Council. |
This is a great honour for Niamh, and on behalf of all the staff and students at ITB, particularly, her fellow students and the staff of the Sports Management and Coaching course, ITB says ‘Congratulations Niamh!’ |
Niamh is an ITB sports scholarship recipient and plays soccer for Ireland. |
